Update your NateChrony to the latest version of software!
We always listen to, and work with our customers - so our software does improve over time. To upgrade the software its a quick replacement of the main circuit board.
If you purchased an early version of the NateChrony (software <v3.4) it will require a one-off board replacement to upgrade. However once you upgrade - all future updates will be done over the internet.
